In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website.
The term “personal data” means, with reference to the definition of Article 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR” for short), all data that can be related to you personally. This includes, for example, name, address, e-mail address, user behavior. With regard to further terminology, in particular the terms “processing”, “controller”, “processor” and “consent”, we refer to the legal data protection definitions of Art. 4 DSGVO.
As a matter of principle, we only process personal data insofar as this is necessary for the provision of a functioning website and the content and services offered by us. Processing of personal data during informative use of our website
If you access our website without registering or otherwise providing us with information (“informational use”), we only collect the personal data that your web browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to enable you to view our website and to ensure its stability and security:

The aforementioned data is also stored in so-called log files on our servers. Not affected by this are your IP address or other data that allow the data to be assigned to you. Storage of this data together with other personal data from you does not take place.
The collection and temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to enable the delivery of our website to your end device. For this purpose, your IP address must be stored for the duration of your visit to our website. The storage of the above-mentioned data in log files serves to ensure the functionality and optimisation of our website as well as to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of this data for marketing purposes does not take place.
Our legitimate interest in data processing lies in the aforementioned purposes. The legal basis for the collection and temporary storage of the aforementioned data is Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. (f) GDPR.
The aforementioned data for the provision of our website will be deleted when the respective session has ended. A deletion of the data in log files takes place after seven days at the latest. We only store data beyond this if we have previously deleted or alienated your IP address so that it is no longer possible to assign the data to you personally. The collection of the above data for the provision of our website and the storage of this data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of our website. Processing of personal data through cookies

Facebook Remarketing – Retargeting
Remarketing tags of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated on our pages. On SING ORIGINAL, we embed videos from “YouTube”, a social media platform of Google Ireland Limited, Google Building Gordon House, Barrow St, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). When you call up a website in which a video from Youtube is embedded, data is transmitted to a Google server and stored there. If you have a user account with Google and are registered, Google can thereby assign the visit to your user account. Google stores this data as a usage profile and uses it for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or tailoring its websites to users’ needs. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for non-logged-in users) for the display of needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. We integrate content from Youtube on the web pages of our Internet presence in order to make this content directly available to you without you having to call up the content separately on Youtube. SING ORIGINAL uses “GetResponse”, a service of GetResponse Sp. z o.o., ul. Arkonska 6, A3, 80-387 Gdansk, Poland (hereinafter referred to as: “GetResponse”). We use GetResponse to send our newsletter. For this purpose, the data provided by you when registering for the newsletter will be passed on to GetResponse. GetResponse uses this data to send and statistically evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. The newsletter e-mails contain web beacons or tracking pixels for this purpose. These are one-pixel-sized image files that are stored on our web pages. Data subject rights and storage period
After the contract has been fully processed, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then in accordance with statutory, in particular tax and commercial law, retention periods and then deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
If the legal requirements are met, you are entitled to the following rights in accordance with Artt. 15 to 20 DSGVO: right to information, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, to data portability.
Furthermore, according to Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) DSGVO. 1 f DSGVO, as well as against processing for the purpose of direct marketing.
