1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.

2. CONTRACTING PARTIES, CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT, POSSIBILITIES OF CORRECTION
The purchase contract is concluded with SING ORIGINAL.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

3. CONTRACT LANGUAGE, CONTRACT TEXT STORAGE
Language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: Dutch, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the text of the contract is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
We deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

We only deliver by mail order. A self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. PAYMENT
In our shop you can choose between the following payment methods:

Klarna PayNow credit card
By submitting your order, you are providing your credit card information. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged immediately after the goods have been dispatched.

Klarna PayNow direct debit
After a successful address and credit check during the ordering process, you grant the online provider Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate by submitting the order. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate, Klarna requests your bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your account will be debited. The account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. For payment processing via Klarna – in addition to our GTC – the GTC and the privacy policy of Klarna apply. You will receive further information in the order process.

Immediately by klarna
After placing the order you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account will be debited.

Apple Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Google Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Giropay
After placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank’s website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have a bank account that is activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

Paydirekt
After placing the order you will be redirected to the website of the online provider paydirekt. In order to pay the invoice amount via paydirekt, you must have an online banking account activated for participation in paydirekt, be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. Immediately after the order, we request paydirekt to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by paydirekt. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Worldpay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Worldpay. You do not have to be registered with Worldpay to pay the invoice amount. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by Worldpay and the payment instruction to Worldpay. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be executed and your card charged by your credit or debit card company at Worldpay’s request immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder.

6. WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
The statutory liability for defects shall apply. Information on any additional warranties that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

7. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Consumers have the possibility to use this platform for the settlement of their disputes. For the settlement of disputes arising from a contractual relationship with a consumer or whether such a contractual relationship exists at all, we are obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.
